Refund & Returns Policy

At iPassion, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your bridesmaid proposal boxes, we’re here to help. This Refunds and Returns Policy explains how you can initiate a return, the conditions and timeframes for returns and refunds, and any associated costs.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email or receipt) is required to process a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:
    • Perishable goods (e.g., food or flowers)
    • Downloadable software products
    • Custom or personalized products
    • Gift cards

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at ipassion@ipassion.net with your order number, a description of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item. Please do not send your item back without first receiving a return authorization.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping (if any) will be deducted from your refund.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund, including the original shipping costs.

6. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at ipassion@ipassion.net. We will provide you with further instructions.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at ipassion@ipassion.net.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at ipassion@ipassion.net with your order number and a description of the issue, including photos if possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including offering a replacement or a full refund.

9. Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
